Tell us the earliest and latest possible travel dates, whether the dates are flexible, group size, children’s ages, desired number of days, departure city, preferred destinations, activities, budget style and approximate budget. Add any dietary, medical, mobility or room requirements and explain whether the trip celebrates a honeymoon, birthday, anniversary or other occasion. This information helps the team recommend a route that is realistic rather than sending a generic price list.
What happens after your inquiry
The team reviews the route, permits, lodge availability, transfer times, flights and activities. We may ask a few focused questions before quoting. The proposal states accommodation and room categories, meal basis, vehicle and guide arrangement, included permits and park fees, transfers, activities, exclusions and payment conditions.
